In my work, I explore the theme of digital, post-human corporeality, as well as the themes of identity in digital reality and the merging of organic and digital realms.
In my practice, I draw on transhumanist theories, ideas of enhancing the human body through anthropogenic tools, and freeing humans from biological boundaries. I work with figurative images through digital graphics, AI art, video, or mixed media collage. My works represent iterations of transhumanist logic: I create anthropomorphic images using the optics of artificial intelligence, where the body is a combination of textures, materials, and vectors of movement.
The anthropomorphic body, its identity, and its signaling system in the virtual realm acquire new possibilities, intertwining with the body and mind of the Other and the virtual network itself. Identity, inherently fragile, becomes multiple, singular, sporadic. As an artist, I see immense potential in this. Genetically, my works trace back to the Dadaist form of collage, to the deconstruction of images, and to chimerical syntheses of visual objects. However, in my practice, I strive not to force the dismantling of the image but to create a new ecosystem for the life and flourishing of its anthropomorphic form, which now exists in a state of continuous reassembly.
